Citizens' Compensation Advisory Committee (CCAC) MEETING AGENDA February 7, 2019 A meeting of the CCAC will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM in the Roger F. Cutler Conference Room (5th floor) of the City & County Building, 451 South State Street, Salt Lake City, UT. This meeting is open to the public. 1. Meeting open & welcome, establish quorum 2. Adopt January 24, 2019 meeting minutes 3. Public Comment: The chair of the committee invites interested individuals (or group representatives) to speak during this section of the meeting. Remarks, comments or questions will be limited to a maximum of 3-5 minutes. Submission of written comments for this part of the meeting is, also, acceptable. 4. Report and update on status of special U.S. cities public safety survey by Mercer, including scheduled date for presentation of the results and a report to the committee 5. Review and discussion of updated local market data and analysis for 2018-19 benchmark jobs 6. Continued discussion of annual report topics and recommendations for 2019, including (but not limited to) data and statistics associated with: employee turnover, recruitment, gender pay equity, updated local living wage information, market pay, general pay adjustments, and other relevant issues 7. Confirmed 2019 meeting dates: Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 3:30 - 5:30pm; and, Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 4:00 - 5:00pm. 8. Adjourn Meeting
