Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, February 7, 2019 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Wyatt Molzahn seeking approval for a building addition for the Pepsi building located at 940 N Spring Creek Place in the BP-Business Park Zone. 2. 9:20 A.M. - Matthew Mecham seeking final approval for Arcadia Subdivision-Phase 3 located in the area of 980 South 1200 East in the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone. 3. 9:40 A.M. - Lone Star Builders, Inc., seeking site plan approval for Spring Haven 13, an office/warehouse project located at 2208 W 700 S in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 4. 10:00 A.M. - Cory Andersen seeking approval for the Foxridge Plaza Subdivision located in the area of 600 South Main in the CC-Community Commercial Zone. 5. Cory Andersen seeking Preliminary and Final Condominium approval for the Foxridge Condominiums located in the area of 600 South Main in the RMF-2 Residential Multi-Family Zone.
