MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2019 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Election of 2019 Chair and Vice-chair. 4. Discussion/action on Annexation Policy Plan. 5. Public Hearing on Ordinance repealing and re-enacting Chapter 13.26 relating to Regulations Applicable to More Than One Zone. 6. Discussion/action on Public Hearing. 7. Public Hearing on amended plat for IFA at 1069 West 1200 South. 8. Discussion/action on Public Hearing. 9. Discussion/action on site plan for Weber School District at 955 West 1200 South. 10. Discussion/action on amended site plan for addition at Venture Academy at 495 North 1500 West. 11. Commission and staff follow-up. 12. Adjourn.
