NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE CITY OF HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2019 COUNCIL CHAMBERS 4580 S 2300 E HOLLADAY, UTAH 84117 4:30-5:30 p.m. Council Pictures & Dinner - Council members will be eating dinner. No city business will be discussed. 5:30 p.m. Briefing Session - The Council will review and discuss the agenda items; NO decisions will be made PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location. * Agenda items may be moved in order, sequence and time to meet the needs of the Council AGENDA I. Welcome - Mayor Dahle II. Pledge of Allegiance III. Public Comments Any person wishing to comment on any item not otherwise on the agenda may address the Council during the public comment period. Comments are subject to the Public Comment and Policy set forth below IV. Reports a. Olympus Jr. High - Earthquake Presentation b. Quarterly UFA Report - Chief Watkins (Report by Chief Watkins medical and fire calls responded by Holladay stations as well as other informational items from UFA.) c. Quarterly UPD Report - Chief Hoyal (Report by Chief Hoyal on informational items from UPD.) V. Public Hearing on Proposed 2018-19 Budget Amendments (hearing on necessary changes since the budget was adopted) VI. Public Hearing on Proposed Amendment to Title 13 Creating a New PO (Professional Office) Zone (hearing to create a new PO zone that separates non-residential uses from the residential uses in the RM zone with a focus on professional and non-professional services within an office or clinical setting) VII. Public Hearing on Proposed Street Vacation - Holladay Blvd within Knudsen Park (vacating a portion of Holladay Boulevard that has been closed to traffic for more than a decade and is currently within the Park) VIII. Consideration of Ordinance 2019-01 Vacating a Certain Portion of Right-of-Way IX. Consideration of Resolution 2019-03 Granting the Advice and Consent for the Re-Appointment of a Member to the Planning Commission (By this resolution, the council will approve a re- appointment of Marianne Ricks to the city's Planning Commission) X. Consideration of Resolution 2019-04 Granting the Advice and Consent for the Appointment of a Member to the Design Review Board (By this resolution, the council will approve the appointment of Wendy Ziegler to the city's Design Review Board). XI. Consideration of Resolution 2019-05 Adopting Public Works Standards (specifications for the constructions of public works in the right-of-way) XII. Consideration of Resolution 2019-06 Amending a License and Encroachment Agreement with Kasey Enterprises (approving changes to the previous license agreement for the southwest corner of Murray Holladay Road and 2300 E) XIII. Consideration of Resolution 2019-07 Adopting an Interlocal Agreement with Salt Lake County Providing for the Transfer of County Transportation Funds (SL County reimburse Holladay $4.7 million for incurred cost along 3900S between 2300 E & Wasatch Blvd) XIV.
