PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location. * Agenda items may be moved in order, sequence and time to meet the needs of the Council

Public Hearing on Proposed Amendment to Title 13 Creating a New PO (Professional Office) Zone (hearing to create a new PO zone that separates non-residential uses from the residential uses in the RM zone with a focus on professional and non-professional services within an office or clinical setting)
VII. Public Hearing on Proposed Street Vacation - Holladay Blvd within Knudsen Park
(vacating a portion of Holladay Boulevard that has been closed to traffic for more than a decade and is
currently within the Park)

X. Consideration of Resolution 2019-04 Granting the Advice and Consent for the Appointment of a Member to the Design Review Board
(By this resolution, the council will approve the appointment of Wendy Ziegler to the city's Design Review Board).

XII. Consideration of Resolution 2019-06 Amending a License and Encroachment Agreement with Kasey Enterprises (approving changes to the previous license agreement for the southwest corner of Murray Holladay Road and 2300 E)
XIII. Consideration of Resolution 2019-07 Adopting an Interlocal Agreement with Salt Lake County Providing for the Transfer of County Transportation Funds (SL County reimburse Holladay $4.7 million for incurred cost along 3900S between 2300 E & Wasatch Blvd)
