- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The City Council shall receive pubic input, then consider for possible adoption of a resolution 2019-04 setting Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) records request fees.
