NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING FOR ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session and Public Hearing on 06 February 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Adjourn to Public Hearing 3. Comments Taken - proposed project - CIB Application 4 Adjourn and resume Regular Meeting 5. Citizen Concerns 6. Town Employee Report 7. Animal Control Officer Report 8. Followup on Approved projects - Decision of Park upgrade - Kitchen at Town Hall, Sidewalk Project 9. Board Member Reports/Concerns 10. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 11. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 12. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
