- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing: a. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption of resolution 2019-03 appointing a representative to the Cache Mosquito Abatement District. 9. Sheriff Chad Jensen-Discuss the 2019/2020 Cache County Law Enforcement contract with Wellsville City 10. Jennifer Souter-Business License 11. Jayden Gnehm-Present the final plat for the Three Pine Subdivision consisting of 3 lots (2 additional building lots) located at 40 East 200 South. Tax If #10-028-0007. 12. Discuss and make s decision on Mayor Pro-Tem assignment for 2019. 13. Discuss allowing special needs youth to be allowed to fish on the Friday before free fishing day when Wellsville Dam is closed to the public in preparation for the Wellsville City Fishing Derby. 14. Scott Wells to present the Wellsville City first-quarter financial statement. 15. Discuss proposed amendment to subdivision code establishing a fee in lieu for all future sidewalks in Wellsville City. 16. Department reports 17. City Manager/Recorders report.
