Final approval of Hales Estates Subdivision Phase 7 located at approximately 2325 North 2300 West - Jim Flint, Hansen Engineering c. Motion - Approval of bid for Stewart Storm Drain Project d. Motion - Approval of bid for Citywide Sidewalk Project e. December Financial Report - John Cardon 5. Consent Items a. Approval of minutes dated January 17, 2018 b.
