NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday February 4, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda Mayor will open the meeting stating time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the January 7, 2018 Council Meeting 2. Andrea Johnson: discuss some concerns about the recreation league. 3. Review and approve the Beaver County court room lease agreement. 4. Discuss upcoming November 2019 election by mail. 5. Wild land fire plan for 2019 6. Insurance inquiry about summer help. 7. 4th of July committee 8. Pay bills 9. Other Business: School board meeting/ luncheon Tuesday February 19th Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
