To accept public input on the following items:
a. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING CHAPTER 2 OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCE ('VULU') REGULATING THE VIRGIN TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND FORMALLY CREATING THE OFFICIAL POSITION OF ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND DESIGNATING SAID OFFICIAL'S PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DUTIES.
b. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VIRGIN TOWN'S OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY RE-ZONING APPROXIMATELY .72 ACRES OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1941 E 50 S VIRGIN, UTAH PARCEL NUMBER V-2144-A-7 ('SUBJECT PROPERTY') FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION OF RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO HIGHWAY RESORT ZONE.
c. A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1941 E 50 S VIRGIN, UTAH PARCEL NUMBER V-2144-A-7.
