PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:
A. Zone change amendment to the Sun River Commons Phase 3 PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone to build an office building. The property is on 1.60 acres and is generally located east of Terrible Herbst's on Pioneer Road adjacent to the UDOT R.O.W.
B. Zone change amendment to the Ledges PD-R (Planned Development Residential) zone to modify vacation rental areas, redistribute densities, establish RV parking areas, and to make minor topographical and clerical corrections. The project is located off Highway 18, south of the Winchester Hills Development.
C. Zone change amendment to the Quarry Ridge Commercial PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone to develop commercial buildings. The property is located on Horseman Park Dr across from Ledge Rock Dr.
Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
