LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On February 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for an amendment to the Lehi City Development Code Chapter 39 amending the definition for Outdoor Sales and Display. Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton's request for review of the Cold Spring Ranch Area Plan Amendment, amending the MD residential requirements, requesting a reduction in the minimum square footage requirement on the main floor of a two story home. Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Homes' request for preliminary subdivision review for Holbrook Place, a 191-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 2700 North 3600 West in an existing Planned Community zone. ) Public hearing and consideration of John Linton's request for approval of a conditional use for the Holiday Oil site plan to be located at approximately 2100 North Thanksgiving Way in an existing Commercial zone. Public hearing and consideration of PacifiCorp's request for approval of a Conditional Use permit for the Bull River-Carter Substation Line Upgrade. Public hearing and recommendation of Temple Olayan's request for review of the Z-Act subdivision concept, a 10-lot residential development located at 1385 West 700 South. Public hearing and consideration of AWA Engineering's request for the Center Point Lot 22a Concept, a 1.23-acre commercial development located at 1402 East 3500 North in a Commercial zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Brandon McDougald's request for review of the Carvana zone change, approximately 1.54-acres of property located on the southeast corner of Triumph Blvd and Digital Drive changing the zoning from Commercial to Regional Commercial. Public hearing and consideration of Brandon McDougald's request for review of the Carvana concept, a 1.54-acre commercial development located on the southeast corner of Triumph Blvd and Digital Drive. Public hearing and recommendation of Brandon McDougald's request for review of a Development Code Amendment for Chapter 5 and Table 05-040-B, striking the maximum height of unoccupied structures requirement in the CR zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Mike Dubois' request for preliminary subdivision review of Dubois Park, a 28-lot residential development located at approximately 3200 North 1200 East in an R-1-15 zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Development's request for review of the Dixon property concept, a 67-unit residential development located at 3200 North 300 West. Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Development's request for review of a general plan amendment for the Dixon Property, approximately 9.31-acres of property located at 3200 North 300 West, changing the land use designation from VLDR to PC.
