Preliminary Approval - Hadley Valley Subdivision; Twenty-Six(26) lots, 4500 South and 5400 W., 19.1 acres 3. Preliminary Approval - Quail Estates Subdivision; Thirteen (13) lots, 3700 South and 5250 West., 9 acres
