- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on February 12, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for: - Ames Construction Extractive Industries Overlay Zone rezone. An applicant proposed rezone adding the overlay zone to 160 acres of SITLA property (parcel number 59:031:0001) located on the southeast boundary of the City. The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting. For more information please contact the Planning Department at (801) 789-6617.
