- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on February 12, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah: - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the Zoning Map from R-1-8 (Single-Family Residential) to R-1-7 (Single-Family Residential) for property located at approximately 3925 We. 4950 So. The Roy City Council will hold the following public hearings, on March 5, 2019 in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah: - 5:30 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the Zoning Map from R-1-8 (Single-Family Residential) to R-1-7 (Single-Family Residential) for property located at approximately 3925 We. 4950 So.
