Description/Agenda: DAVIS COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE - Davis County Boundary Commission This is a notice that on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 8:00 A.M., the Davis County Boundary Commission will hold a public hearing to hear and possibly decide on an annexation protest. The location of the property is approximately 1402 North Hwy. 89 in Kaysville Utah. The annexation is for approximately 61 acres. The hearing will be held in room 201A of the Davis County Administration Building at 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah. For more information, contact Jeff Oyler in the Davis County Planning Department at (801) 451-3279. Individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids & services) during this hearing should notify Davis County Planning Department a minimum of 24 hours prior to the hearing.
