- Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Leon Van Sickle with VanCon seeking site plan approval for a contractor's storage yard located at 1888 N Mountain Springs Parkway in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. 2. Jim Bartley seeking site plan approval for a Zeppe's Italian Ice located at 829 West 400 South in the NC-Neighborhood Commercial Zone. 3. Mont Jensen with All Services seeking a site plan amendment to construct a metal shop/storage building at 2250 South SR51 in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on 01/29/2019.
