- NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Delta, Utah will hold a Special Executive Committee Public Hearing to receive public comment on the Delta City General Plan on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at the Delta City R.J. Law Community Center located at 75 West Main Street, Delta, UT, 84624-9440, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. AGENDA 7:00 p.m. Call to Order Receive public comment about the Delta City General Plan Any such business as may come before the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission.

- THE PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we will make reasonable accommodations for those needing assistance to participate in our meetings. Requests for assistance can be made by contacting the City at 435.864.2759 at least forty-eight hours in advance of the meeting.

- Be advised the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission may commence a Closed Meeting, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (UCA) § 52-4-204 and § 52-4-205, (1953), as amended. Further, be aware the City Council may also conduct an Electronic Meeting so that a member of the Public Body may participate, pursuant to UCA §52-4-207, (1953), as amended. Agenda items are considered flexible and may be conducted sequentially different than illustrated herein to meet the needs of the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission. Individuals and entities that have business before the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission should be present at meeting commencement.
