- Invitation to Bid Tooele City 90 N. Main St Tooele, Utah 84074 Notice is hereby given that Tooele City Corporation (OWNER) will accept bids for construction of the Elton Park Pickle Ball Courts, according to Drawings and Specifications provided, and described in general as: Elton Park Pickleball Court - Installation of a new Post Tension construction Pickleball Court(s). Separate sealed bids will be received by the OWNER in Room 227, of the Tooele City Municipal Offices located at 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah 84074 until 3:00 pm on Friday February 15, 2019. Project Specifications will be issued in digital format (PDF) , and may be obtained by contacting Tooele City Parks Department, 90 N. Main, Tooele, Utah 84074 beginning on Wednesday, January 30th, 2019 during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by calling (435) 843-2143. All Bidders must register with the City in order to be considered for Award of Bid. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
