Public hearing regarding a petition for disconnection submitted by JD Acres Investments, LLC for all of Parcel 00-0020-8022, which comprises approximately 26.85 acres at 3534 Duke Lane, Heber City, Utah 84032-located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Duke Lane and Little Sweden Rd (3600 South). 8.
