VINEYARD PLANNING COMMISSION - PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Meeting Date: February 6, 2019 Public Hearing Time: A public hearing for this item will be held at 6:00 PM at Vineyard City Hall; or as soon thereafter the matter may be heard. Meeting Location: 125 S Main St., Vineyard, UT Project Name: The Yard Project Location: 554 N Mill Rd, Vineyard, UT 608 N Mill Rd, Vineyard, UT 614 N Mill Rd, Vineyard, UT 616 N Mill Rd, Vineyard, UT 634 N Mill Rd, Vineyard, UT Applicant: 600 Mill LLC Application Type: Conditional Use Permit Project Description: The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit for eight (8) drive-thru aisles. The applicant is proposing to place a drive-thru aisle between the front facade of the buildings with proposed drive-thrus and the street. The subject properties are located on the west side of the Megaplex. Any person having interest in this matter may attend and be heard during the public hearing. Written testimony may be submitted in writing at town hall or emailed to Elizabeth Hart at elizabethh@vineyardutah.org. Written comments shall be submitted at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting in order to be entered into the record. One or more members of the Vineyard Planning Commission may participate electronically or telephonically. City Codes and ordinances are available on the City website found at www.vineyard.utah.gov. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Elizabeth Hart, Planner with the City of Vineyard, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929.
