CLEARFIELD CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on CUP 1901-0003, a conditional use permit request by Dominion Energy, to construct a new gas line regulator station at the subject property. Location: 659 South 1000 East Aggregate Parcel Area: 0.066 Acres Zoning: C-2 (Commercial) Planner: Brad McIlrath (Administrative Matter) Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on CUP 1901-0004, a conditional use permit request by Reagan Outdoor Advertising to construct a new freeway oriented billboard at the location of Mesa Storage. Location: 755 East 200 South (TIN: 12-002-0015) Aggregate Parcel Area: 1.35 Acres Zoning: C-2 (Commercial) Planner: Brad McIlrath (Administrative Matter) Copies of the applications are available for review at the Customer Service Center on the 1st Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
