SYRACUSE CITY Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee January 24, 2019 -- 6:30 p.m. Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S. Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee will participate in a meeting on January 24, 2019 at 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: Call to Order Prayer Committee Business: 1. December Preparedness Show & Tell Recap 2. Nomination of 2019 Syracuse City Disaster Preparedness Committee Officers Excerpt from the Bylaws of the Syracuse City Disaster Preparedness Committee: II. Membership B. Officers: 1. Officers will be elected by a simple majority. 2. Officers will serve a one year term per position. The Chair may only be re-elected following a one-year lapse between terms. 3. Officers will include a chair, vice chair, and a secretary. 4. Officers will be elected at the first meeting of each calendar year. 3. Voting of 2019 Syracuse City Disaster Preparedness Committee Officers 4. 2019 Annual City Disaster Exercise 5. City ERC Protocols and Procedures and District leaders familiarity with them 6.
