Citizens' Compensation Advisory Committee (CCAC) MEETING AGENDA January 24, 2019 A meeting of the CCAC will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM in the Roger F. Cutler Conference Room (5th floor) of the City & County Building, 451 South State Street, Salt Lake City, UT. The meeting is open to the public. 1. Meeting open & welcome, establish quorum 2. Welcome and introduction of new committee member, Ray Schelble 3. Adopt January 10, 2019 meeting minutes 4. Public Comment: The chair of the committee invites interested individuals (or group representatives) to speak during this section of the meeting. Remarks, comments or questions will be limited to a maximum of 3-5 minutes. Submission of written comments for this part of the meeting is, also, acceptable. 5. Report on status of special U.S. cities public safety survey by Mercer, including anticipated date for presentation of results and report to the committee 6. Review of preliminary local market data and analysis for select benchmark jobs 7. Discussion of 2019 annual report topics and recommendations, including (but not limited to): gender pay equity, local living wage adjustment, market pay comparisons, pay adjustments, and other relevant topics 8. Confirmed 2019 meeting dates: Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 3:30 - 5:30pm; Monday, February 11, 2019 from 4:00 - 5:30pm (CANCELLED); Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 3:30 - 5:30pm; and, Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 4:00 - 5:00pm. 9. Adjourn Meeting
