'The Station' - Laney Ave and 2225 East (North east quarter of the block) Continued item: Proposal by the applicant for design reconsideration of a previously approved, mixed-use project at this location. 3. 'SOHO' Food Park - 2405 East Kentucky Ave Property owner, Ben Hale proposed site improvements presentation to his existing food park. The design concept of new a point-of-sale/maintenance building, separate restroom and permanent canopies over the existing outdoor seating will be presented to the DRB for consideration and recommendation 4.
