SOUTH UTAH VALLEY SOLID WASTE DISTRICT BOARD MEETING JANUARY 23, 2019 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that South Utah Valley Solid Waste District will hold a regular public meeting in the Springville City Office Building, 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah, Commencing at 5:00 p.m. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Minutes: Board Meeting November 28, 2018 2. Expenditures: November 2018, and December 2018 AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Public Comment Period: a. Public input is invited at all Board meetings. In the interest of time, please keep comments to 3 to 5 minutes per person. Submission of written comments prior to meeting is encouraged. 2. Action Items: a. Financial Review, Reports (by Terry Ficklin) i. Financial & Income Statements ending December 31, 2018 ii. Reports & Analysis b. New Transfer Station (by Bruce Ward TAC Committee Chairman) 1. Financial Review of Springville and Spanish Fork Properties 2. Recommendation of TAC c. Spanish Fork Property Purchase d. Proceed with new Transfer Station Development e. Election of Officers i.
