- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the city offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The City Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible adoption of resolution 2019-03 appointing a representative to the Cache Mosquito Abatement District.
