The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of the minutes from the meeting of December 13, 2018. 2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation 'B': a. Tutoring at 375 East 200 South - Kristina Christensen. b. Preschool at 532 North Richards Ramble Road - Bethany Andrus. c. Youth performing arts program at 337 West Paddock Lane - Kelley Richardson. 3. Call to the public. 4. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 5. Adjournment.
