PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford Public Library Board will hold a regular meeting, reserving the right to go into Executive Session, Friday January 18, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at the Milford City Administrative Office conference room located at 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah. Welcome and call to order Old business: 1. Approval of minutes from our last meeting (Nov. 14, 2018) 2. Computer usage policies New business: 1. Interviews for library assistant 2. Library policy for late books/fines etc. 3. Questions and concerns 4. Executive session Board members: Kaycee Charron, Jaynell Bailey, Coltan Paice, Wayne Wiseman, Jennifer Bostic, Robin Horton, Terry Wiseman, Sarah Harding, Tamara Holdaway, Evelyn Wright, and Cynthia Carter (Library Director) I, the undersigned, duly appointed and acting Library Director do hereby certify that the above agenda and notice was posted in three public places within the city limits on the 15th day of January, 2019. Those places being 1) the Milford City Offices 2) Milford Public Library 3) and the U.S. Post Office. The foregoing Notice & Agenda was also delivered to each member of the library board and posted at www.milfordcityutah.com and Utah.gov./pmn. Any public concerns and input is welcome!
