Description/Agenda: Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearings Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on January 22, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearings are for the following: - Arrival Amended Master Development Plan, which seeks to reduce the size of the park, relocate trails, and add an additional development lot - Development Code Amendments in Titles 16 & 17 including but not limited to the Commercial Zone, off-street parking and signs. The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting. For more information please contact the Planning Department at (801) 789-6617.
