Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Deon McQuiston is requesting a Conditional Use Home Occupation for DLM Pest Control to be located in residential home located at 11917 S Laurel Chase Drive. - Levi Lloyd representing IHC Health Services, is requesting Site Plan approval for the expansion of an existing clinic at 5541 West 13400 South. - Riverton City is considering amendments to the land use code as it relates to residential facilities, treatment centers and rehabilitation facilities.
