MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, JANUARY 15, 2019 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Public Hearing on amended commercial uses in the Commercial Zones. 4. Discussion/action on Public Hearing. 5. Public Hearing on Slaterville Commercial Subdivision consisting of eight (8) lots at 700 North 2000 West. 6. Discussion/action on Public Hearing. 7. Discussion/action on commercial Site Plan for Peterbilt at 700 North 2000 West. 8. Discussion/action on commercial Site Plan for Cache Valley Electric at 700 North 2000 West. 9. Annual Training: a. Open and Public Meetings Act. b. Ethics and Rules of Procedure. c. Non-discrimination Policy. 10. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about January 10, 2019. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
