Please share specific stories that illustrate the impact of the Summer Reading Program in your community, such as and they have changes in attitude, behavior, knowledge, skills, etc.
We have received a lot of positive feedback concerning all of our Summer Reading Programs from the participants and parents. For several of our participants it was the first time in the library continued to visit the library after the program has ended. The program encourages children to read during the summer and prepares them for the school year to come.
Please share any thoughts about how the State Library can best assist you with the Summer Reading program.
I feel that we need more resources for the teen program.
How long is your summer
reading program?' more than 8 weeks
