- Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, JANUARY 10, 2019 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Gunn Properties, LLC seeking concept and preliminary approval for the Wood Hollow Subdivision located in the area of 355 East 1600 South in the R1-8 Single-Family Residential Zone. 2. 9:20 A.M. - Jim Bartley seeking site plan approval for a Zeppe's Italian Ice located at 829 West 400 South in the NC-Neighborhood Commercial Zone. SPECIFIC TIMES LISTED FOR EACH AGENDA ITEM ARE APPROXIMATE The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
