Review Actions/Assignments and Activity from Prior Month: - All - Holladay City selected as 2018 Community of the Year - Travis - check trees at Austrian Pines Park - Dennis - email Mary Nickle's about tree concerns Creekside Park - All - study voucher species list for discussion - Steve - discuss with council about waterway trees on voucher program and tree give away day at the end of the fiscal year - Kim - contact businesses about paying for street trees/private funding vs. city $$ - All - Goals for 2019 - All - Ideas for tree program to incentivize and inspire residents to plant on their property III. Upcoming Events: - Firehouse - Olympus Jr High Arbor Day tree planting - Tree Voucher follow up site visits in lieu of meeting IV. Assignments: - V. Ongoing Projects that need continued volunteer help: - Social Media relations - Facebook & Email management - Voucher program volunteers - verification/documentation/issuance VI.
