7:00 Welcome, roll call, prayer, Pledge of Allegiance, approve the agenda. 7:05 Approve minutes of December 11, 2018 Howell Town Council Meeting 7:10 Public Comments (3 Minutes per person) 7:15 First Public Hearing: For Community Development Block Grant 7:20 Introduction offered as to the hearing's purpose 7:25 Ask attendees to sign an attendance roll. 7:30 State information for Grant 7:35 Receive Public Comment about hearing. 7:40 Deputy Sheriff Brodie Wells. 7:45 Shelly Logan -Town Treasurer- Financial Report and update on electronic payments. 7:50 Bonnie Sorensen - Community Center. 7:55 Store in Old Post Office - Glen Gunter 8:00 Planning Commission - Present Dog Ordinance for Council Review. 8:05 Mayor, Council Member Reports. 8:10 Approve Payment Vouchers and Bills. 8:15 Adjournment. The assigned times may vary depending on length of discussion, cancellation of scheduled agenda items or agenda alteration. Therefore, the times are estimates of the agenda items to be discussed.
