- 1. Roll Call 2. Briefing by the Staff A. Charli Loan Update RDA Staff will provide an update on the Charli Loan. 3. Approval of the minutes A. Review and Approval of December 5, 2018 RAC Minutes RAC members will review the December 5, 2018 meeting minutes and considered for approval. 4. Business A. RDA Strategy, including mission, values and benchmarks RDA Staff will lead a discussion on an overall strategy for the RDA, including its mission, core values and method for prioritizing work. B. Overview of Housing Allocations and Projects RDA Staff will provide an overview of funding allocations and units; return on investment; and project management and oversight. 5.
