TOQUERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION January 16, 2019 @ 7:00 p.m. Held at 212 N. Toquerville Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING THE TOQUERVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING DURING THE REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING ON JANUARY 16, 2019, COMMENCING AT 7:00 P.M. ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Item 1: Ordinance 2019.XX-An ordinance amending Title 10, Chapter 14, Article A: M-1 Light Industrial Zone, Section 3 - Conditional Uses to include RV, boat, and self-storage facilities and remove automobile wrecking yard and junk or salvage yard as a conditional use. Item 2: Preliminary Plat Application submitted by Jeffrey Fry for the development of a three-lot subdivision 'The Terraces at Cholla Creek' located at approximately 1180 Cholla Drive. Tax ID# T-110-A-1. Property is zoned R-1-20. Copies of these proposals are available at the City Office located at 212 N. Toquerville Boulevard Toquerville, UT 84774. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Dana McKim at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in five places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.)
