ORDINANCE 2019-1 AN ORDINANCE GIVING PUBLIC NOTICE OF ANNUAL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS. WHEREAS, pursuant to section 52-4-202(2)(a)(b) of the Utah Code, the City of Gunnison hereby gives notice that the City Council will hold its regular Council Meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m. except as noted below. These will be held at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, Utah unless otherwise posted. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GUNNISON CITY COUNCIL THAT: Meetings for 2019 shall be as follows: January 2 & 30 May 1 & 15 September 4 & 18 February 6 & 20 June 5 & 19 October 2 & 16 March 6 & 20 July 10 November 6 & 20 April 3 & 17 August 7 & 21 December 4 at noon This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption and passage by the City Council.
