Enter into a Public Hearing to consider the request of a conditional use permit for Brinton Neff located at 3344 North 2000 West c. Motion - Close public hearing and proceed with the regular meeting d. Recommend approval of a conditional use permit for Brinton Neff for storage units located at 3344 North 2000 West e. Discussion on filling Open Planning Commission Member f. Discussion on Planning Commission Policy, Farr West City Code 2:12 g. Recommendation to the City Council on Form Based Code 4. Consent Items a. Approval of minutes dated December 11, 2018 5. Chairman/Commission Follow-up a. Report on Assignments 6. Public Comments (Resident(s) attending this meeting will be allotted 2 minutes to express a concern or ask a question about any issue that IS NOT ON THE AGENDA. No action can or will be taken on any issue presented.) 7. Adjourn the regular meeting and enter into a work session to discuss General Plan, consider 5 year goals for Farr West City
