- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Jennifer Souter for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a preschool type business out of her home at 636 North 800 East. Tax Id. #11-122-0050.
