IVINS CITY ARTS COMMISSION Agenda Wednesday January 9, 2019 5:00 pm Ivins City Hall - Council Chambers (main floor) 435-628-0606 1. Welcome and call to order a. Acknowledgement of a quorum b. Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Discuss & consider approval of the minutes for October 10, 2018. b. Update: Recommendation for the design of an entrance sign for the City. c. Discuss recommendation to City for procedure and use of new RAP Tax Request Form d. Discuss plans for 2020 Student Art Display and potential RAP fund request. e. Review Arts Commission presence on website and discuss recommendations. f. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair. 3. Reports a. Next meeting: February 13, 2019 at 5 pm b. Items to be placed on future agendas i. Continue discussion about one percent for the arts funding. 4.
