- 2019 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE Notice is hereby given that the Washington Terrace City Council will hold their 2019 Regular meetings on the first and third Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace. The first meeting in January is cancelled due to holiday, however, there will be a work session on the second Tuesday and a meeting on the third Tuesday of the month. The City Council will hold only one meeting in December on the first Tuesday. The Planning Commission will hold their 2019 regular meetings on the last Thursday of each month beginning at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace. The exception to this rule will be in October (to be held on the 24th), November (to be held on the 21st), and December (to be held on the 19th), to allow for holiday schedules. The Board of Adjustments will meet when called upon. If the meeting dates, times, or places change, notice will be given accordingly.
