AMERICAN FORK RIVER DEBRIS BASIN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD MEETING AGENDA, AMENDED THURSDAY, JANUARY 10, 2019 NOTICE is hereby given that the American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board will meet in a regular session on Thursday, January 10, 2019 in the Highland City Conference Room, 5400 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Highland, Utah commencing at 11:30 a.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ACTION ITEMS 1) Action to appoint a Chairman and Vice Chairman of this Board for the 2019 calendar year. 2) Action to appoint a Secretary of this Board for the 2019 calendar year. 3) Review and action to approve the minutes from the October 10, 2018 American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board meeting. 4) Review and action to approve the bills as presented for payment. a) Highland City - Chemicals from spraying basin $3,980.60 b) JoAnn Scott - Lunch for Board meeting $ TBD 5) Review and action to amend the Debris Basin Administrative Board By-Laws. DISCUSSION ITEMS: 6) Potential debris flow from upstream. 7) Proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year. OTHER ITEMS: ADJOURMENT: NEXT MEETING: January 24, 2019
