- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 3rd of January, 2019 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: - Pledge of Allegiance - Prayer - Roll Call - Approval of Minutes from prior meeting - Report of officers - Council Member Jan Hunt - Parks - Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery - Council Member Chylene Whipple - Buildings and Economic Development - Council Member Jared Jackson - Water and sewer - Mayor Kim E. Wilson - Roads - Maintenance - Eric Wells - Clerk - Lisa Wells - Tabled Business: None - New Business: Sevier County GIS - Compromise some addresses in Hanksville to work with 911 addresses Hiring for assistant Maintenance job - Public Comment: Kelly Taylor - call in with comments - Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-4 Dated this 2nd day of January, 2019
