Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Eureka City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 14, 2019 at 6:30 pm at the Eureka Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. The purpose of the hearing is to review and take public comment on rezoning of the North Eureka Peak and Smuggler Annexations from Sensitive Lands to Residential (R-1). In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the Eureka City Office at 435-433-6915 at least three working days prior to the meeting.
