Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 22nd of January, 2019, as close to 7:00 P.M. as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S. 2300 E. Holladay, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezone request of 2.118 acres of land at 6433 & 6417 South Highland Drive from Single-Family, Half-Acre zone (R-1-21) to the ORD (Office/Research/Development) zone to allow proposed redevelopment of the land. The proposal is available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
