- Public Notice The Hurricane City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing during their regular meeting at 147 N. 870 West on January 10, 2019 commencing at 6 p.m. to take comments on the following: 1. A General Plan Map amendment request on 11.8 acres located at approximately 232 N. 2260 West from the Commercial designation to Mixed Use designation 2. A General Plan Map amendment request on 332 acres located north of 600 North at approximately 2000 West ('the Cove') from Single Family Residential up to 4 units per acre designation to Mixed Use including various residential and commercial uses. Details on these applications are available in the Planning Department at the City Office, 147 N. 870 West If you would like to make comments, please plan to attend the meeting or provide written comments for the Planning Commission's consideration by 3 p.m. the day of the meeting
