- HIDEOUT, UTAH SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING January 8, 2019 AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of Hideout, Utah will hold a special meeting at 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah for the purposes and at the times as described below on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 7pm MST. All public meetings are available via conference call. Interested parties may join by dialing in as follows: Phone: 1-641-715-0862; Code 556098# Meeting 7:00 p.m. 1. CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. ROLL CALL 3. CANDIDATE PRESENTATIONS - Each Interested Candidate will have a maximum of 10 minutes to present their qualifications, and the Council will have a maximum of 10 additional minutes for questions. All Council members will then have until Thursday 10 January 2019 to reflect on the candidates and come prepared to cast their vote for their selected candidate at the January 10, 2019 Town Council meeting. The candidate with the majority of votes will be chosen to fill the vacancy. 4. ADJOURNMENT OF PUBLIC MEETING
