- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, January 10, 2019 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE MAPLETON COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING, 125 West Community Center Way (400 N.), Mapleton, Utah to consider: 1. Consideration of a request to rezone approximately 6.51 acres of property located at approximately 600 South Slant Road from R-2 to Residential (R-2-B) with a Transferable Development Rights Receiving Site (TDR-R). 2. Consideration of an ordinance amending Mapleton City Code, Chapter 17, creating an exemption to subdivision improvement requirements for lot divisions in existing subdivisions. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice.
